Completed residential roof after restoration work
Storm restoration · Greensboro & the Triad

One clear plan after wind, hail or water damage.

Staley inspects and documents the damage, helps coordinate the insurance restoration process and manages the approved roofing, exterior and affected interior work.

Start with the whole property

Storm damage does not always stop at the roofline.

A severe storm can affect roofing, gutters, windows, fascia and interior finishes. We assess the visible scope and organize the repairs the property needs.

Roofing

Roof repair or replacement

Assessment of wind, hail, leak and impact-related conditions across the roofing system.

Exterior

Gutters, windows & fascia

Replacement and repair planning for damaged exterior components included in the project scope.

Interior

Drywall, painting & remediation

Repair of affected sheetrock and finishes, with mold remediation capability when moisture creates a concern.

Our process

From the first inspection through the final claim paperwork.

When storm damage is found, Staley documents the condition, coordinates the roofing project and keeps the homeowner informed at every stage.

05

Professional installation & cleanup

We manage the agreed work, protect the property and thoroughly clean the site, including a magnetic nail sweep.

06

Final walkthrough & completion

We review the finished work with you, take completion photos and provide warranty information and a Certificate of Completion.

07

Final insurance documentation

When applicable, we submit completion documents to support the release of recoverable depreciation and close out the project.

Important: Staley is a restoration contractor, not an insurance carrier or public adjuster. Your insurer determines coverage, claim payment and policy interpretation. The homeowner remains responsible for the deductible and any remaining project balance.
Mold remediation capability

Addressing moisture-related damage inside the home.

When storm or water damage affects interior areas, the restoration scope may include drywall or sheetrock repair, painting and mold remediation. The exact approach depends on the location and extent of the damage identified at the property.
